Umthunzi Farming Community: Founded in March 2018, this project works with a network of small-scale urban organic farmers in the Cape Flats to grow high quality organic vegetables. Their vision is conscious collaboration from seed to consumer to build a more sustainable, ethical, transparent local food system. They offer weekly delivery of fresh, seasonal produce, including free range eggs. They currently deliver to A Touch of Madness in Observatory on Thursdays but will soon be opening a town-side pick up point.
