As the appointed Presbyterian and Congregational chaplain to the hospital our minister is part of a pastoral interfaith team.

He has been asked to offer pastoral care specifically to the children and parents at the Burns Unit.

The congregation is committed to supporting the affected families beyond their stay in the hospital. More recently we managed to raise funds for a family to rebuild their burnt down wendy house. Ongoing load shedding and the use of candles has led to a significant increase of young patients.
